It is fast done even with gimped MF gear and with enough MF (200 or higher) the drop rate of unique items is real high, almost one each try (my highest was 7 drops alone from one run) and if you run directly to the boss fights you can do it in 5 - 10 minutes (depends how the layout is). Myself i run lab often with my MF gear, i have almost 80 percent of my unique gear (over 100 pieces) only from such runs (i am a SSF player only). But you dont need head enchantments really before level 80.
